Sponsorship Opportunities

All sponsorship options include acknowledgement during general sessions and company name inclusion on signage at the event welcome desk and up to four company representatives attending the Seminar & Tradeshow.

The vendor display area will be opened from noon to 6:00 pm on Tuesday, April 12th and Wednesday, April 13th. Participating sponsors will also receive more prominent logos on the Web site and at the welcome desk (according to level of sponsorship).

GOLD PACKAGE - $40,000

This participation level is exclusive (only one available) and contains the following sponsorship items:

Acknowledgment during general session
Company logo featured under the sponsorship section of the event website and hyperlinked to suppliers' website.

Golf Tournament Friendship Circle Sponsor**

As the Silver Sponsor your golf player spots and golf participation levels are included with each of the Bombardier golf outings listed on the cover page. Your player spots include breakfast or lunch, on-course beverages and the 19th hole awards luncheon.

Your golf participation level includes your company name on a tournament sponsor sign displayed at registration along with your full color company logo placed on the tournament welcome banner. Also included is a full-page black and white ad in the tournament program that is placed in each of the players carts to be used throughout event day for referencing the schedule of events, tournament rules, and contest hole information.

Golf Tee Sign Sponsor**

**Your player spots include participation in each of the Bombardier golf outings listed on the cover page. Also includes breakfast and/or lunch, on-course beverages and the 19th hole awards dinner. Your company name will appear on a tournament sponsor sign displayed at registration along with your full color company logo placed on the tournament welcome banner. Sponsor also receives a full-page black and white ad in the tournament program that is placed in each of the players carts to be used throughout event day for referencing the schedule of events, tournament rules, and contest hole information.

Your sponsorship receives 4 tee signs at each of the events. A tee sign is an 18" x 36" golf ball on a tee. Your full color logo is placed on the golf ball and will be displayed on the tee box.

BOMBARDIER BUSINESS AIRCRAFT INDIVIDUAL M&O PARTICIPATION OPTIONS

Gala Dinner
The ever-popular Gala Dinner promises to be filled with entertainment. Signs with your company name will be displayed at the entrances to the event, within the event.

Welcome Reception
Kick-off welcome reception held on Tuesday evening, April 12th. Signs with your company name will be displayed prominently through out the reception area.

Welcome Event Bag
Every customer receives a welcome package with event, hotel and exhibitor information. This sponsorship opportunity puts your company logo on one side of the bag (Bombardier logo on other side).

Lunch
Three lunch sponsorships are available. Signs with your company name will be displayed at the lunch station.

Breakfast
Breakfast sponsorships are available for the mornings of April 12th, 13th, and 14th. Signs with your company name will be displayed at the entrances to the breakfast area.
$10,000 each

Coffee Breaks
Four coffee breaks are available on April 12th, 13th, and 14th (mid morning & mid afternoon). Signs with your company name will be displayed at the break station before and during the break.

Event Program
Within each welcome package there is a pocket sized event program with all critical event information (schedule, hotel map, exhibition map, and exhibitor information).

Exibit Space
10' x10' booth space includes table, chairs, as well as black curtain backdrop with drapes on each side and electricity.

Program Ad
The welcome package will include event, hotel and exhibitor information. This is a good opportunity to get your company-advertising message in front of customers.
