Tech Session Challenger 600 Series

The Challenger 600/601/604/605 Technical Briefing will provide attendees with an update on technical issues pertinent to the maintenance and operation of the aircraft. The presentation will have an update on top technical issues, such as the new Angle of Attack (AOA) vane, fuel system and flap systems, etc. The topics will cover a description of the technical issue, a status of the corrective action / investigation to the issue and availability of Service Bulletins where applicable.

Tech Session Learjet Series

The Learjet 20/30/55 Technical update will provide attendees with information pertinent to the maintenance of their aircraft. Information includes updates on Technical Publications and troubleshooting tips on aircraft systems.

The Learjet 31A/40/45 Technical update will provide attendees with information pertinent to the maintenance and operation of the Learjet 31A/40/45 aircraft. Information includes recent improvements to the systems available through Service Bulletins, Key Troubleshooting Systems, e-inspector, Smart Cards, MRA tags, Maintenance updates, and status of the top issues.

The Learjet 60 Technical update will provide attendees with information pertinent to the maintenance and operation of the Learjet 60 aircraft. Information includes recent improvements to the systems available through Service Bulletins, Key Troubleshooting Sytems, Smart Cards, MRA tags, Maintenance updates, and status of the top issues.

SmartFix Plus - Hands-on Session

This workshop will be equipped with laptop computers with on-line access to SmartFix Plus for all released aircraft models.

Representatives from our SmartFix Plus Team, Field Service and Customer Support Engineering will be present for direct consultation during the hands-on sessions.

Topics will include:
- Introduction to SmartFix Plus for pilots and maintenance personnel.
- Introduction to Smart Ops for Global pilots
- Basic troubleshooting using SmartFix Plus for maintenance personnel
- Advanced troubleshooting using SmartFix Plus for maintenance personnel

SmartFix Plus PC Desktop Apps, Blackberry Apps and Stand Alone Smart Ops packages will be available at this session.

Topics covered:

CIC - Hands-on Session

This workshop will provide users with on-line tutorial to the CIC website. Participants will learn tips and tricks to find all the informtion they need quickly and efficiently. Learn about our online services and ask questions. Provide feedback in an open learning environment.

Emerging Regulations/Navigation with Universal Weather

Basic requirements of three of the most burning regulatory issues facing the industry today, including: EU-ETS, ISBAO, and SMS.Latest news and information for each issue and clear up some of the confusion regarding these topics.

Attendees of this session will leave with:
An understanding of the processes that will be covered under CBP such as the Border Overflight Exemption Program, APIS, USVISIT, NSEERS, Visa Waiver Program and ESTA, and more.

Global Reliability Program

RIMP is a systematic and targeted plan to improve the reliability of your Global aircraft by identifying and replacing lower reliability parts with re-engineered, higher lifespan ones. The RIMP program will be executed in two stages; RIMP 1 was launched to operators on March 8, 2010.

The focus of this session will allow participants to share best practices, training experiences, and other topics that are important to the Bombardier product operational community.

Operational Round Table: with UW

The focus of this session will allow participants to share best practices, training experiences, and other topics that are import to the Bombardier product operational communicty. We will also look at the updates, changes, procedures, and tools needed for smooth arrivals and departures into and out of the United States and locations abroad. Review of the latest requirements of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). We will answers to some of the most commonly asked questions his team answers daily regarding DHS' vetting processes. Will also cover the Visa Waiver Program, USVisit, NSEERS, and current APIS/MCL/UNEdifact requirements for light aircraft operators traveling into and from the U.S.
